Dealing with Long COVID

◦ Even though my brain doesn’t work very well anymore, I accept myself.

◦ Even though I tend to zone out in school and miss important instructions from the teachers,I accept myself.
◦ Even though I have headaches that I never had before, I accept myself.
◦ Even though I feel run down, I accept myself.
◦ Even though I have never fully recovered from COVID, I accept myself.
◦ Even though I haven’t been me since my experience with COVID, I accept myself.
