You can set up an appointment by phone or email. I recommend looneycall.com to make inexpensive long distance call during appointments. It costs a looney ($1.00) to make a long distance call lasting 100 minutes or less. For your appointment, bring a glass of water to the phone. No speaker phone or head sets are required. I do not recommend using Skype.
